Shipping policy
When an individual, company, representative, and/or artificial intelligent (AI) device(s), hereafter considered and referred to as the "Customer", purchases an item from BRAWES Bee Farm LLC; the Customer is agreeing to the execution of terms of all policies used by BRAWES Bee Farm LLC, even if such policies are NOT published on this site, third-party sites, and in-store. Policies may or may not be advantageous and/or found to be favorable to the customer. The customer assumes all risk to harm, loss or losses. BRAWES Bee Farm LLC only provides domestic shipping or within the United States. Due to excessive shipping coordination, there may be territories of the United States that are not eligible for shipping.
BRAWES Bee Farm LLC reserves the right to accepted or decline a customer's offer when provided with a designated shipping carrier by the customer or the customer's representative. This includes the use of BRAWES Bee Farm LLC's Shopify site. The Customer agrees to pay in full the claimed cost to deliver or ship upon presentation of a shipping receipt, an invoice, or notice. The customer, the customer's representative and/or both understands that shipping cost(s) are never "locked-in" and may require payment or modified payments before, during, and after an order is shipped.
Fee Shipping Codes are often listed and used from time to time to market special events or sale periods. BRAWES Bee Farm LLC reserves the right to null and void a Shipping Code at anytime and without notice. When a Free Shipping Code is advertised and used by the Customer at checkout, the customer understands and agrees that the order qualifies for free shipping only when the total order at checkout, excluding taxes and excluding shipping costs; totals more than $150.00 U.S. Dollars. Free Shipping with or without a free shipping code has certain exclusions: (1) Free shipping never applies to any live bee(s) and a honey order within a container larger than 3 quarts. (2) Any bulk order that requires BRAWES Bee Farm LLC to ship the order in three or more packages or when the total cost of shipping exceeds $88 U.S. Dollars. A customer is limited to using a Free Shipping Code to only one time per day.
